01Agreement

By using CloudJet you agree to these terms. If you use CloudJet on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

02Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

03Acceptable use & sending policy

You must comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL), include a working opt-out in every campaign, and honor unsubscribes promptly.

Purchased lists without consent basis, phishing, malware and deceptive content are prohibited. We may suspend sending that endangers the platform’s reputation.

04Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

05Liability

CloudJet is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

06Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
