Documentation

This page describes CloudJet’s policies and requirements for using the platform.

Overview

CloudJet (“CloudJet”, “we”, “us”) provides an enterprise SMTP Relay Service and Email Deliverability Platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Data collection

  • Account data: name, work email, company details, authentication, and administrative metadata.
  • Usage data: product usage events, configuration changes, audit logs, and diagnostics.
  • Infrastructure metadata: sending domains, DNS verification status, mailbox identifiers, routing configuration, and operational signals. Customers remain responsible for message content and recipient consent.
  • Support communications: messages you send to support or sales.
  • Cookies: essential cookies for functionality, and optional analytics where enabled.

How we use data

  • Provide, secure, and operate the platform.
  • Verify domains and infrastructure configuration (SPF/DKIM/DMARC prerequisites).
  • Monitor abuse signals and enforce acceptable use, including complaint and bounce handling workflows.
  • Respond to support requests and maintain service quality.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing & subprocessors

We may share data with service providers (subprocessors) that help us run the platform—for example cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and monitoring services. We require subprocessors to protect data and use it only for providing services to CloudJet.

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category (for example, audit logs and security records).

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk through access controls, monitoring, and incident response processes.

User rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
