01Sending policy
CloudJet is for permission-based outreach. Every campaign must include a working unsubscribe, and you must honor opt-outs promptly.
You must comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL.
02Prohibited content
Purchased or scraped lists without a lawful consent basis, phishing, malware, deceptive subject lines, and content that harms recipients or the platform’s reputation are prohibited.
03Monitored limits
We monitor bounce and complaint rates. Sustained abuse or spikes that endanger shared infrastructure may result in throttling or suspension.
04Report abuse
To report abuse involving a CloudJet customer, email abuse@cloudjet.uk with message headers and a short description. We review reports promptly.
