2. The Services

CloudJet provides an email deliverability and outreach platform. You are responsible for your use case, message content, and ensuring you have appropriate permission to contact recipients.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

CloudJet is intended for legitimate business communication. You must comply with applicable laws and only contact recipients where you have a lawful basis and appropriate permission.

You must not use the Services to send spam, deceptive content, or mail to suppressed recipients, or to bypass platform controls.

4. Unsubscribe requirements

Unsubscribe links are mandatory where applicable. Opt-outs must be honored promptly and maintained across domains and mailboxes used for the same outreach.

5. Bounce and complaint handling

We monitor bounce and complaint signals. Threshold breaches may result in paused sending, restrictions, or termination.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if use violates these Terms, the AUP, or creates risk to recipients or infrastructure.

7. Security and access

You must keep credentials secure and limit access to authorized users.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided as is. We do not guarantee specific deliverability or inbox placement outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudJet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
